Im 100% certain these 2 cats where dumped left by owners they are not feral people friendly, little dirty and have not ate fed them bag of treats water and left food and water bowl out but it is going to rain today. They are locate around my apmt building in millcreek reserves by building 1811 B and A on Treetop dr. There is also a 3rd cat in the area a black one but have photos of the first 2 they are hiding under cars laying in parking lot I do not want them to get hit, i can not take them in i have 2 pets of my own im small apmt, they are still hangin around in front of building under cars. Im pretty sure the where dumped they are so friendly one has meat on it other is really small

You could get them and call Anna shelter,then take them there,I'm sure your not that busy,you took them food and they trust you,now a bigger chance they get hurt,I done this with multiple cats and kittens,it doesn't take that much time,if you have time to post and follow them you have time to rescue these innocent animals,I guess me and my wife can go a hour out of our way and do it since you obviously won't,can't?

Mikayla Washe someone scared them off by driving but spent most the morning 6am till noon hanging out front of my building under cares and out on the front decks. they can be seen all over this area from reports people are saying over on Erie animal network there a few others helping and setting up food stations they probably won't be back out till morning time or later at night. Didn't notice any scratches, one on the is bigger has some meat on him one on the right is smaller fluffy but almost down to bone size.

As a former Bengal cat Breeder, that is the behavior that a indoor cat that has hardly ever been outside or never been outside, does when they are abandoned … you can borrow traps from your local Humane Society and take the cats into them highly doubtful they have any kind of microchip first off only 40% of the whole country is the amount that uses microchips. They’re very dangerous
