Tortoiseshell, female, domestic medium hair, pink nose and white/orange tip on tail

Message from Owner

My cat has been missing since Sunday night (20 September). I last saw her at around 9pm Sunday night, and she normally comes home in the morning and calls for breakfast, but she didn't come home on Monday morning. I haven't seen her since. She is a female tortoiseshell domestic medium-hair cat, with a pink nose and a distinctive white/orange tip on her tail. I'm worried she may have unexpectedly been locked inside someone's garage, shed or backyard, or that someone may have taken her in thinking she was a stray. She had also been gaining weight recently, so it's possible someone in the neighbourhood may have been feeding her. Please keep an eye out around Yagoona, particularly around O'Neill Park, Nobbs Road and Houston Road. If you have seen her, or if she has turned up at your hse, please contact me, even if you're not sure it's her. Please also check your garages, sheds and enclosed areas if you're nearby. Any information, no matter how small, could help bring her home.

I always post this in the hope that it can help- especially to alert owners to possible scams. Many times cats get found within a close vicinity (a few houses, or streets or blocks) from where they went missing 🤞🏼 These are detailed tips for searching for cats that I have put together- you are probably doing many already, but I hope my tips can help too. I have provided some info/ warning about pranks, scams and scammers too - there are a lot of them about, unfortunately in person and on social media. My tips at this link: https://www.facebook.com/share/18Rn2eE52V/?mibextid=WC7FNe —————- Good luck 🐾🐾

Try going out at night when it’s quiet take a torch this will help reflect on there eyes if they are hiding, also take out some hot chicken or dry biscuits and call. Contact local and out of area vets & pounds leave lost details, see if anyone in your street has cctv cameras, ask neighbours to check their yards & garages, put up lost signs around area. Does anyone in your street have cctv cameras? If your pet is Microchipped, please make sure that your information is up to date, and your details have been attached to microchip number, especially if recently microchipped or adopted. So many microchips do not have updated information.
