Update: this cat does not have a microchip and is believed to be neutered but not 100% sure. Unfortunately he is friendly but way too aggressive to secure and hold until help or an owner is found. He is still hanging out in the same area. If anyone has any idea if he's a missing pet, please let us know or if there is an active colony or feeder close to this area. He might be okay if we wasn't restricted to a cage and no other pets.

Samantha MacIntyre Cat apparently is no longer seen. I offered to scan as well. Finder is unable to take if located.

Kayla Marie I probably can scan him and get into carrier. If he doesn't have a microchip is someone still taking him? Lmk, I am about 30 min from Ephrata.

To update everyone. I should have put it in the post. Apologies. We have not been able to get ahold. We have tried for about hour and half trying but he will not let you grab him. If we are able to i plan to take him to a vet to get checked on a microchip. I have cross posted in other groups. Hoping a hit comes up there for him. Thank you for the advice.
