🚨 MISSING CAT: PLEASE HELP US FIND RUSTY! 🚨 My parents’ cat is missing from the Dunn/Plain View area. Rusty has been missing since Sunday night around 11 PM. My parents live along Highway 421 between Sandy Ridge Road and OBJ Road. 🐾 About Rusty: * Orange/ginger, short-haired male cat * Neutered * Tiny black freckles on his lips (a distinctive feature that may help identify him!) * Very soft, quiet meow * Friendly, but can be skittish around unfamiliar people. He is very unlikely to willingly go inside with someone he doesn’t trust. Rusty is an indoor/outdoor cat who normally comes and goes throughout the day, so it is VERY unlike him to be gone this long. We are extremely worried about him and just want to get him home safely. We have checked all the places he could potentially be, including the wooded areas he normally explores, but unfortunately, we haven’t found any sign of him. We have also contacted local animal shelters, posted on their Facebook pages, and will continue calling and checking with them in hopes that someone may have found him. If you live in the area, please keep an eye out for him! If possible, check around your property, sheds, garages, or anywhere a cat might have gotten trapped or taken shelter. If you have seen Rusty or have ANY information about where he might be, please comment below or send me a message. Even a possible sighting could help us bring him home. Please share, especially if you know anyone who lives in the Dunn/Plain View area. We would appreciate any help bringing our sweet Rusty home. 🧡🐾
