My mom and I found her today and have been looking for her owners and taking care of her. We want to be able to help more but my stepdad wants her to take her to a shelter in the morning, so we're going to see if a rescue can take her in if someone doesnt reach out, I'll update the post if it lets me

Post on Nextdoor.com its for ur neighborhood and any vet can scan for a chip its free

Make Sure you put on Nextdoor App and Neighborsring App.Put on Carmicahel Lost and found Animal Facebook Group.Also put on here... Any vet can do the first scan for a microchip if it's not detected then have Bradshaw shelter do a second one. Many times missed on one scanner and detected on the next because they're so tiny like a piece of rice. There jurisdiction when found in Sacramento County.. Please edit to include the cross street with Kenneth Avenue.Put in ALL other posts FOUND with date,time and year did,put in Carmicahel with Nearest cross streets and number to call.Also put MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP...
