Neutered male, yellow green eyes medium, pitch black with scattered, white hairs around his mane... Friendly .. was stolen from his family and dropped off an hour and a half from home.

Please help two very upset little girls have their cat BUGZ back... Their really mean neighbor stole BUGZ and drove him an hour and a half away from home and left him beside a highway. He is a beloved pet to two wee children... PLEASE HELP BRING BUGZ HOME!!!
