This cat is currently on Hillsdale Ave in Dormont (not the borough bldg side of Hillsdale, but the residential side, 1300 block). They are skittish and yet friendly, tries to follow people. Collar on with a bell, no tags. Fur on one side, as you can see in the picture, is matted and appears partially pulled out. Their tail is much shorter than normal. This is not a "known" outdoor cat here, my assumption is they were dumped or have travelled from their home.
