I’ll keep an eye 👀 out for your pet. The people who helped us were really kind and quick — ours was found not long after we reached out to ( 903 ) = 254 = 5065. Hope you get the same good news soon. 💛

They usually don’t venture far. It’s probably scared & hiding near by in bushes or an open garage. Most kitties will stay put in their safe hiding spot. ( if they’re not fixed they can wonder further, depends on circumstances) Ask neighbors to check their sheds, decks, garages. They usually venture out at night after 24-48hrs when they start getting hungry. The “witching” hour when they come out is 3am. If you see your pet, don’t try to grab it, it’s still on survival mode and will run. Just sit down maybe with some treats and let your pet come to you. (Remember, never put the litterbox outside. Other cats will mark it & scare your cat away. Just in case, also set some humane traps near by, hide them in the bushes where your pet might hide. Good luck & don’t lose hope. Pray to St Anthony, he hasn’t let me down. 🙏🏻🐾

Please make postable flyer offering a REWARD. You don't have to say how much it is.

. Look at night with a flashlight while calling his name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with his scent on it like his bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with his photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀

Indoor cats usually stay in a 3 to 5 house radius of home * Will often hide all day and only come out late at night * Most will come home between 2 and 4 am * Leave the door or window they escaped from open if possible. If not, leave another door open if you can. * If you can't leave a door open, get up throughout the night and check outside. * Around 10 pm set out smelly food like rotisserie chicken * At night, walk the area and call softly. Listen carefully. Use a flashlight to catch eyeshine. * You can put the cat's blanket out or your worn clothing, or just make some lines or little piles of your cat’s dirty litter to help guide them back home. Ask your neighbors with garages/sheds or outdoor bat access to check as cats can be accidentally locked in and neighbors may go away on vacation without realizing a cat is in their bat or garage/shed. Also very important to look at the trees close by cats often get stuck high up in trees after being startled or chased. Not everyone is on facebook so put your post up as flyers in your area all around a 3-4 block radius and other social media platforms. Instagram ring neighbors, Nextdoor. Com

First put out a big bowl of water. Then, did you try the kitty litter trick? Take some litter from their box and sprinkle outside leading to your door then call them constantly especially at dawn and dusk and when it's quiet. Kitty will follow its scent and your voice home. It's no doubt scared and hiding. You can also try a stinky can of sardines! Or if kitty is a cuddler, try putting an article of your clothing by your door. Also check area garages, under car hoods, shelters, Nextdoor and Pawboost for found kitties in and near your zip. Don’t give up. And post flyers around your neighborhood. Good luck!
