Post to Nextdoor to area in post put URGENT! File found report to shelter. Best they have Univetsal scannets vets/petcos DO NOT ALWAYS! Proof of ownership a must

It might be better for him if you call the animal shelter to come and get him. He would be safe there and have food and water.
