Message from Owner

She’s very shy and does not like to be handled; and is very bonded with her sister. Please contact if spotted, do not try to handle. Thank you She came out chasing after her cat wheel that was being replaced, and her sister was getting ready for her vet visit. please reach out if spotted.

Humane trap and camera are key, plus leaving a door slightly ajar at night for reentry

Put something outside with your scent on it. Anything familiar to your cat when I lost my cat me and my family went out in shifts day and night. It took five days, but we finally found him after 9 PM. I think they hide during the day because they are afraid. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™οΏΌ

First put out a big bowl of water IMMEDIATELY. Then, did you try the kitty litter trick? Take some litter from their box and sprinkle outside leading to your door then call them constantly especially at dawn and dusk and when it's quiet. Kitty will follow its scent and your voice home. It's no doubt scared and hiding. You can also try a stinky can of sardines! Or if kitty is a cuddler, try putting an article of your clothing by your door. Also check area garages, under car hoods, shelters, Nextdoor and Pawboost for found kitties in and near your zip. Don’t give up. And post flyers around your neighborhood. Good luck! And please keep your kitty inside if you let it out!! Between coyotes, diseases, bad actors and cars, there are so many ways harm can come to them. Finally, if your kitty isn’t fixed, please spay/neuter!
