Found/Stray Dog in Belvedere Park, GA 30032

Message from Finder

Found this beautiful boy rummaging through someone's trash. Super scared and skinny. Had a collar with no tag and a broken wire attached to it. UPDATE (Mon. Oct. 19th) He has been taken to DeKalb Lifeline, where he was scanned for a chip, but none was found. The shelter put his age at around 5-12 months. I assume after a medical check, etc. he will be . He is seriously, seriously the sweetest thing. He was so scared when I first found him, and within hours his tail was wagging and he was pressing himself into me, just wanting pets and love. (He was also fine with my dog.) He slept nicely all night in the crate, didn't have any mishaps and seemed to know (or pick up quickly on) "sit." Important to note - he does not, in fact, know how to drive. If you have been looking to adopt, or thinking about adopting, I am positive this little man will make the most amazing, loving companion. And even if you're not currently in the market, please consider spreading this far and wide, so we can find the perfect someone to love this guy forever! He is at DeKalb County Animal Services: 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. Chamblee GA 30341 Animal ID: A
