Update: I was able to get the dog back to my apartment, but since it’s so late I will let her sleep here for the night and bring her to get scanned and to a shelter tomorrow.

Unfortunately, humans are evil unfortunately take aggression out on stray pets wondering looking for Home probably that’s why scared please if you’re able to capture and contain give a chance take to a local VETERINARY SCAN FREE and see if microchip. Thank you God bless you. You’re a good person with a big heart.
