This looks exactly like the cat that wandered onto our porch on Saturday night, gold chain and all - but we turned him in to DCHS on Sunday and the shelter staff told us today that he was reunited with his owner the next day. Wonder if maybe he escaped again, or perhaps he's an outdoor cat. The shelter told us his name was Randy.
