Message from Owner

Ruby was startled and flew out my front door on the morning of August 9. Ruby is a rescue and means everything to me. She is about 25 years old. She is very friendly but does like to hide down low when frightened. She is not a strong flyer. She will respond to her name or whistles, and is able to say simple phrases. I will be forever grateful for any assistance finding Ruby.

Aww that ! Poor bird is lost in the wild. I had that happen with a green cheek parrot, much smaller parrot, but still a parrot 🦜. Our bird flew into the tree high on our property and she was calling out but she wouldn't come down. So I had to get on the roof with a long branch and she got on the branch and I was able to rescue the bird. Hopefully your parrot is familiar with the house and is probably close by 🙏
