I'm sorry kitty is missing. The number one piece of advice is to actively work to bring your cat home. Don't wait for them to show up. Hang fliers--they work. Notify the microchip company that he is missing. Visit local animal controls in person. Notify local veterinarians. Post to the Next Door app for area lost. If kitty is normally indoors only he is likely very close to home. Sit quietly outside at night w a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Put out stinky mackerel or canned pink salmon. If she’s an indoor cat then she’s close to home and too afraid to come when called. Put her dirty kitty litter outside and look for her with a flashlight at night under yours and your neighbors bushes and decks for her eyes to glow back at you. You should also try a humane trap asap as that is the most effective way to find her. You can bait it with stinky sardines. You can buy one from your local hardware store or borrow one from the Human Society. It sounds extreme to do this but loose pets go into survival mode and act differently. Google how to use one.
