Owner have you physically visited BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions there have been a lot of white dogs similar to Dewey and adopted especially with no chip. Ask neighbors to check home cameras and Ring if they caught Dewey leaving your property and if a neighbor might have picked him up. Post missing on Nextdoor for your zip code so neighbors are alerted 🙏
