Latrice Collins personal feelings aside, the fact that you acted the way you did over the phone is inexcusable. You need to get some act right in your life.

Latrice Collins 3 vets have confirmed that the dog I have is 2-4 years old, had no chip, and is intact. (Like I've told you over the phone but you didnt listen mam.) The dog I have is not the same dog. You are looking for a 10 year old dog or the age at which you said you were pregnant. (Which is freaking adorable might I add but thats besides the point). You said you give your dog baths every other day due to fleas. The dog I have has had one treatment and is cleaned of fleas. (It takes one bath and medicine to flea eggs.) You told me that you take care of your dog's tangles on his fur. The dog I have has a pelt (worse than a matting) on his back leg, so severe in fact, that a professional groomers couldn't get it off. The dog had to be sedated to remove this by a vet. Further... pelt is a sign of animal abuse. It takes more than 7+ days to do that. Also the, pelt had so much urine in it that it scalded the dog I have. In case you wanted to know, it took them over an hour to get it off which could not be cut with normal scissors. Putting personal feelings aside, the story I received from you doesn't sound like your dog. It sounds like you are looking for an older shitzu who is taken care of. Not the one I have. With feelings: I dont like that you called your dog an alley dog and I dont like your excuses about why your current dog has fleas, mange, and matting. (Which you told me your dog has and you cut it with scissors which is ultra painful for them.) I dont like that you told me that your dog knows all the neighbors in southtown because you allow him out of your yard snd he roams. You lied to me over the phone and furthermore couldnt tell me anything else but "give me back my property". I offered to pay for all treatments for the dog I have and you stated that it doesn't concern me. The dog I have couldnt walk, but limped over to me on public property. He was taken to emergency vets, groomers, and veterinarians due to his condition. There wasnt time to knock on doors. The second I could, I reached out on Pawboost because this dog looked as bad as the one I found in your picture but your story and the facts dont line up. You were rude and unkind to me. You should think about that the next time someone is trying to help. I, truthfully, think you should continue looking for your dog but I dont think you should adopt another one until you can properly care for them. That's being a logical good citizen and pet owner despite your feelings.

Regardless of one’s personal feelings. This dog belongs to a teenage boy. Refusing to return the dog is just wrong!!!!

So Jim Timothy has located this dog and refuses to return him. People it is not your job to judge someone else’s situation. If you feel any way about someone else’s situation you simply report it to the proper authorities. You do not and cannot take it upon yourself to take hostage someone else’s belongings (dog or child) Jim Timothy is holding this dog hostage instead of surrendering the dog to the proper authority!!!!
