This guy was hanging around my neighbor's hse, going into their garage and not leaving their porch. Extremely friendly and comfortable with people, seems familiar with the indoors and runs for treats. He has a fair size hernia at his belly button, is not neutered, and without a chip. He didn’t have fleas so I’m hoping he hasn’t been lost long and someone is looking for him.
