Crinkled right ear, shy around people but friendly, and 10 years old

Mona slipped through the car window after a bird in the parking lot at Target near the store sign. She became frightened and I was unable to get her back into the car. She ran under an adjacent van/jeep and crawled into the underside. There were about 3 other vehicles next to mine. A gentleman saw her run under his car on his way into the store, but we couldn't tell where she ended up. Before I was able to speak to or leave contact info for the vehicles drivers', they left the area. I've been searching the area since, but I believe she rode away under the car she was hiding in. She's a tough cookie, but me and her siblings miss her very much. She is shy but friendly. I appreciate any help.
