Message from Owner

Please help us find her, her momma cries for her and we miss her so much. She’s very skittish and not used to being outside. She got out because of someone not being careful with the door. Please message before trying to get close to her. Posting for a friend. Thank you in advance!

Check under or nearby the house! Usually they don’t go too far. And let her know to look early in the morning when it’s most quiet, like 3-4 am. If she’s afraid she would be most likely to move around during these hours when the noises from cars and people subside. There’s also thermal imaging services. Be aware that some trackers are scammers but there are legitimate trackers who use dogs and drones. It’s worth looking into. A dog tracker helped a family friend find their lost dog... don’t give up!

Put litterbox outside so he or she can smell their own scent and find their way home easier. Don’t leave food outside because that could attract predators or stray cats and scare he or she off. Go for a walk around the area and call from the car then sit outside your house and call for him or her and also just talk in your normal voice and have a conversation with someone. They eventually hear you and smell their scent and find their way. Repeat this every day until she or he comes home. Also check neighbor garages.
