Sharon DiFillippo Thank you for responding sharon. Buddy was not chipped yet I found buddy and 8 other puppies in a box on the side of the freeway in colorado they were new born and i spent months hand feeding them we moved to Vegas in may and i learned my lesson i should have done all that and now Im helpless. Its a long terrible story but i went out of state for two days and during those two days my life got turned upside down . But long story short i found out that my dog and my cats where turned into the foundation and i went there and they said that they where sent to a Rescue or a foster home and said since i didn't claim him in 3 days that they couldn't tell me where he is i have put posters talked to most of the places i could find online joined every web sight and spend everyday looking through millions of dogs for my baby

So u r looking for the person who adopted him from the animal foundation? Was buddy orginally chipped and registered to u? How do u know buddy was at foundation? Do u have the intake number or the foundation listing picture and information that shows with the foundation listing as found or up for adoption? How long was buddy at foundation ? Add all info to comments and to your post , just trying to clarify with additional Info...
