I found this little dude on my way home from work. He was super affectionate and skinny and he crawled on my lap and rolled around for a good 20 mins. I just want to make sure he's safe and finds a home. I believe he ran into the government garden center on Assiniboine behind the Legislative building. I'll be back tomorrow with food to look for him
