I think the location is too far but this looks like it could be my Cosmo who went missing on 10/5 in Linden NJ?

Can you bring kitty inside to safety, food and water and then take to a vet to scan for chip? The vet may also recognize the kitty and be able to contact its owners. Check with other local vets as well and contact the police. Also post fliers. Also your mail carrier may recognize them. And beware of bad actors!!! Also keep checking Nextdoor and Pawboost for cats lost in and near your zip code.
