This sweet girl has been hanging around the same home in the area for about a week. The people there aren’t her owners, but they’ve been kind enough to feed her and look out for her. I was able to get her today and took her to a vet, hoping she might be chipped and we could quickly get her back home. Unfortunately, she has no microchip. I brought her outside on a leash to let her relieve herself, but she managed to slip out of her collar and immediately ran back to the same hse where she’s been staying. I’m going to keep trying to get her somewhere safe, but she is clearly scared and determined to return to the one place that has felt familiar to her. If anyone recognizes her, knows where she belongs, or has any information about her family, please reach out. I really want to give her every possible chance to get back home before I have to take her to a rescue.
