Why you let your cat out if you are not protect your backyard? My back yard protect with the extra 2 feet mesh all around and I allowed all a few cats to get out which I am trusted and always with them together in my backyard one day outside. Also have it AirTags , microchip. and QR code tag as well. cars can easily jump on those walls because they are not too high. It’s perfect height for them to jump over.

🙏🏼 🐾 A few tips to help you. Most kitties don’t go far from home. Go outside with your kitty’s fave treat or food and tap the can or shake the bag and call your kitty as if it’s feeding time. Bring a flashlight on evening walk and use it to look under cars, in bushes and up in trees. Also look on the roof, kitties like to climb as you probably know. A flashlight will help you see your kitty’s eyes. I’d go now and later when it’s dark. Make sure when you get home to leave a window open or garage door open cause your kitty may follow you home or come back shortly after. Other things to do is create a scent station outside your home so kitty can smell his home and I’d keep a window cracked cause kitty may come home in middle of night or early am. They’re known to come back in wee hours and early mornings. Also post kitty on Nextdoor app. That way your local neighbors can be aware if your kitty goes to their home looking for food.
