Frank Wong - oh my heart! I do appreciate you taking the time to respond here as it was confusing. I don’t understand why they aren’t giving you your dog back here and shame on them for making fun here… this isn’t funny, Leonardo is your pet and you simply want him back! What is wrong with this shelter! 😡

Kimberley Steel My dog was confiscated by OC Animal Care and despite filing several court motions and even having an exparte emergency return of property partially granted by return to friend oc animal care would not comply and give me any information and even made fun of me telling me I lost Leonardo I have paid them $2400 in boarding fees and they would not let me redeem him
