Found wandering the yard, very overheated. Have provided fresh water. Very well-mannered. Took to leash without issue and followed us in for a cool area to rest while we try to find owner.

Anita Koziarski impounded is more correct. Surrendered sounds like he was mine and I let him go. No, he was found wandering and overly heated/distressed. We (my coworkers and I) brought him in and gave him water and a cool place to rest and cool down. We all posted to try to help locate his family, had him scanned for a chip, took our lunch breaks to drive around looking for someone who might be looking. We all have full houses and were not in positions to take him home, so we’re did all we knew to do. We are all heartbroken for him and hope someone claims him. We are all following closely!
