This should be posted on all the cat chats here on Facebook! There are many, many people who find and take in cats when found, (but I have no idea where they live). If you posted this cats photo maybe someday someone will say hes safe indoors now?! So many people keep a found cat, just assume it was dropped off, or find it really after it's been starving and beat up from other cats and keep it, thankfully helping it get all better if possible!
