Several of the recent hopeful leads turned out to be close but incorrect --male (Smokey is female), blue eyes (Smokey has green eyes), declawed (Smokey has claws), very young (Smokey is 8), etc.

Dear Friends on Pawboost - Thanks for continuing to look for Smokey. I follow up on all leads. I call and visit Sarasota Co. Animal Rescue constantly and often, as well as Humane Society, Cat Depot, set up a humane trap, and follow advice from you helpful people on Pawboost, the experts mentioned above and other experts. I am trying to visit the cat at Charlene's yard this week. Jo
