Kitty found! This young, intact male has been spotted on my camera and seen/heard in the neighborhood at least since August 25. Very friendly, big voice, underweight, and a makeshift collar like a human hair tie around the neck. Please don't respond with advice for what to do with the kitty. I'm looking for the worried companion and hoping to reunite soon. For the time being, he's safe at my home. If you are or know the possible pet parent, please contact me.
