Blue Tick Hound, about 1 to 2 years old. Was wearing a harness and collar. He does not respond to name on collar. Not chipped. Still looking for his family

"Winston" may have been roaming for awhile. Skin was in TERRIBLE condition. Saw vet. Skin is now healed. updated shots. hse broken. Good with other dogs. Hasn't been exposed to kids or cats. Beautiful dog. If you know the name on the collar, he must be yours! Needs his people, ,or a forever home.

Jan, thank-you for trying to help. This is a dog found by my son at the beginning of May. He has never had him in Belk's. We are trying to get the dog back to his owners. If that doesn't happen, we would like for someone to adopt him. He is dog #6 at my son's house!
