He came into my home yesterday and doesn’t want to leave. Breaks my heart but I called animal shelters and they can’t help. Unfortunately I can’t keep it in my home so if anyone can help him please reach out to me or if it’s someone lost pet come pick him up.

Keep calling shelters. Try Paws Crossed in Elmsford or SPCA in Briarccliff. Putting him back outside is very dangerous for him. Thank you for caring. Post flyers in the area. If anyone wants to claim the cat, please vet vet carefully. There are a lot of creeps out there.

They said they had no space at all and don’t know when they will have space. Trust me we are trying to find it a home but I’m due Oct 1st and still working. I also feel bad that he has been staying in the bathroom since my dog goes after it when it’s out. With a dog and baby on the way there’s no space for him here.

Ana Perdomo no one has claimed the cat and we fear that it was abandoned. He definitely seems to have been an indoor cat since we have opened the door plenty of times and it walks outside but refuses to leave. Also has been using a home made litter box. We cannot keep it so at this moment we are looking for someone to take it or unfortunately will have to go back outside.

Ann Semjan please do , I am due in a couple of weeks and also my dog isn’t happy with the cat being here. Shelters and rescues that people suggested aren’t any help and I truly don’t want to put him outside forcefully but seems like options are running out.
