Michelle M Hall Do NOT judge a situation you know nothing about. No reason to negatively comment when the owners are heartbroken! They are my neighbors and are responsible dog owners.

My question is how the was this Very Young and Small puppy stolen? Did an intruder enter the home and take the puppy or was the puppy left unattended in the yard and most likely wondered off? My guess it was the latter of the two. People like this don’t deserve to own a pet!!!! This is a prime example of negligence and pure stupidity. Hopefully someone has found this little guy and realizes that he/she is deserving of responsible owners, if in fact he wasn’t hit by a car or the victim of a wild animal 🤬
