Ashley Xtina I filed a police report on the day of the incident. But because I don’t have a scratch on me, they say it’s not criminal. Also, they say inability to prove a malicious intent on her part. The way they see it she was getting me off her driveway 🙄

Norma Romero you’re very welcome!!! California is definitely one of the 15 states. Do not let the police dismiss you, you have rights and should be helped in this situation. I really hope you get your boy back. And i would 100% press charges because what kind of person can do something like this
