Small black dog, looks kind of like a shihtzu / worksheet terrier breed. Matted, may have been missing awhile
Message from Finder
Found dog: Oaklandon area, near N Orchard Dr & Van Spronsen Way. He or she is matted a bit and smells pretty bad, possibly been on the streets longer than a week. I can't bring it in, and leave for work at 7 am and get home after 530, so not sure if there's even an after hours chip scanner. Hopefully someone will see this and know whose dog it is. The dog is super sweet, hopped right in my car and curled in my lap.
