Please, if you could bring this cat in your house, it would be greatly appreciated. The coyotes are everywhere eating cats right now. If it is a friendly cat, please take it to any Petsmart and Banfield in the back will check for free for a microchip. Please get their hours. In addition what I’ve done in the past, I have knocked on neighbor doors and asked if anybody knows who cat this is and shown a picture. Often neighbors know whose cats belong to who. If you happen to find the owners, you must plead with them to keep their cat inside. Also, it’s a great idea to contact your shelter. Send a flyer of this cat over there because often owners call shelters when their cats are lost to see if anybody has found them. In addition, if you could please post this Cat on nextdoor.com and all lost pet sites someone may recognize it. Also keep checking paw boost to see if someone has posted this Cat lost. Thank you so much.

Thank you for being so kind to help keep this kitty safe. Are you able to secure inside to keep from a coyote getting him/her? Here’s what to do to help reunite a lost kitty with their family: 1. Post Online Share the found cat on local lost/found pet Facebook pages and neighborhood apps like: • Nextdoor, PawBoost and Local community groups 2. Check for a Microchip Take the cat to a nearby veterinarian or animal shelter to be scanned for a microchip. • Always use a secure cat crate or carrier to prevent escapes. 3. Put Up “FOUND CAT” Signs Not everyone is on social media! Post signs around the neighborhood - especially near where the cat was found. 4. File a Found Report This is very important. Contact your local animal shelter to report the found cat. 5. Foster if You Can If you’re able, please foster the cat while trying to locate the owner. It keeps them safe and off the streets. 6. Verify Ownership Ask anyone claiming the cat to provide proof of ownership, such as: Photos of the cat, Vet records and Identifying details.
