Message from Finder
Found it 1:20 PM on October 1 wandering the neighborhood of Orchard Glen. I do not have these two dogs in my possession, but a neighbor does as my dogs are reactive and I cannot bring an outside dog inside. She is in no position to maintain these dogs, so it is imperative that we find the owners as soon as possible. We’ve also walked around the neighborhood and posted on several sites on Facebook there is no caller no ID tag and no chip.
