I think we might of found him. Someone in our community near beltway 8 and Briar forest found a green parrot in the pool area. Was the owner keeping him outside?

Andrea Fatool I lost him again. This time the wind storm struck down his cage and he got scared n flew away. I am heart broken , it happened twice.
