Message from Owner

Beeza is such a sweet girl, she squeaks at me in greeting and usually comes when called. I took her in after she had kittens on my porch. She's never been gone this long and I miss her so much. I know she would come if she could. Please share and check any sheds and grges that you can. She loves to explore and may have gotten unexpectedly shut in somewhere.

I too used to let my cat Pumpkin be an indoor/outdoor cat thinking he'll be fine. I went to pull my car into the garage and didn't see him. I heard a scream and he ran over the hillside in the woods. He stayed away for 12 days. On the 11th night I sprinkled his litter around the perimeter of our house and he came home the next night. His tail has a slight kink in it from me. It took me doing that to realize how dangerous it was for him to be outdoors. Too many cars, some people don't like cats and may poison them or take them far away and dump them. My one friend lets her cats outdoors and it's came home with it's tail degloved. It must of caught it on something so they had to completely amputate it. I hope when your cat comes home again you too will keep it indoors. We have a side porch that I fenced in and made it their catio. They love sitting out there.

Very important! If your cat/dog is microchipped PLEASE double check to make sure the microchip is REGISTERED and up to date with your current information and telephone number incase someone finds your cat/dog and takes it somewhere to get scanned so that they can call you. You should have the chip number in your paperwork from who IMPLANTED the chip in. You will need the BRAND of chip to be able to call them and check to see if it is REGISTERED and up to date. If you only have the number and Not the BRAND of chip you can enter it for free on this national website. When you enter the chip number in it will ONLY tell you the BRAND of chip so that you can call them and check to see if it is REGISTERED and up to date with your current information and telephone number. https://www.aaha.org/for-veterinary-professionals/microchip-search/

Buy, rent or borrow a humane trap and set it up asap. It will need to be monitored being that it is so hot outside. Tractor supply, Lowes and home depot sell them. Certain animal shelters will rent them.

Prayers for her quick return home. Look under covered porch furniture in your neighborhood and check sheds garages and back yards. Shared
