He’s really shy and run away as soon as he sees someone.

This dog is been walking around alone and scared for a week or so. He’s getting skinnier but I can’t get close to him not even with food ☹️ we need to find his owners ASAP. Please help.

He moved, if someone sees him please don’t approach and let K9 Ground Search - Elgin / Middle know, they’ll take care of the dog. He will run away even if you offer food, that was the first thing I tried.
