He’s really shy and run away as soon as he sees someone.

This dog is been walking around alone and scared for a week or so. He’s getting skinnier but I can’t get close to him not even with food ☹️ we need to find his owners ASAP. Please help.

Do you mean Sunningdale Rd which runs east and west? And if so, where on Sunningdale Rd. It runs from Hyde Park Rd to Adelaide maybe even to Highbury.
