White , with a lil brown and maybe a Maltese or shitzu not sure he’s heavy and pretty big eyes he’s badly matted and wet from the thunderstorms he is very friendly and playful

Found stray this morning by Levin Park west side 60644 on Pine St .hopefully we can find his owner . Police station on Madison and central did not want to take him in or scan him so once shelter opens on western after 12pm will be taking him in .
