Lisa Ramey, I'd never let my cat roam outside. A collar or not isn't gonna stop a car from running them over or a human abusing them. Collar or not, owls, hawks, dogs, coyotes can still get them.

I would never put any collars on cats. Especially a bell is big no! Attract predators.

Lee Veronica it was actually a neighbor that posted it on Nextdoor and we thought it may have been the feral cat I've been missing for 4 years so my roommate went to check and we went ahead and took care of it for her😊
