Judy Smith my dog was completely fenced in the yard and someone took him from inside of his yard he had been given a bath and his collar was not put back on him yet how about not be so judge mental because there have been so many people in my area who have had their dog stolen in the last few weeks and it's only small dogs I have a huge Mastiff that was also in his fenced on yard and no one messed with him. My children and husband was home at the time I was at work if I had been home it probably wouldn't have happened because I never let him out by himself and he hardly ever leaves my side when I am home I have raised him from a puppy
