Open a Found cat Report with the SPCA via spca.com His photo will then be posted on the SPCA site. If you have a secure carrier, bring him to a vet clinic to see if he has a microchip. There is no fee for this service. Ideally try to find a responsible neighbor or friend who can shelter him till teh owner is located. It's always better to avoid bringing him to a shelter when possible.
