Marion Schu Benoit it's called cherry eye. Dogs can be born with it. Simple surgery can fix it

Marion Schu Benoit the eye is just a lower lid issue not an actual problem for the pup. My dog has the exact issue and vet says it’s not a problem. Pretty sure it looks the same here.

I hope you are able to care for this pup. Looks a bit underfed now but knowing you are the type of person that uses caution when and if reuniting with someone claiming this pup. Take to a vets office to have scanned for microchip. Chi chi’s are sometimes runners. I know mine are so pleas make sure 1 the real owners come forward and 2 they are able and actually are caring for this pup. Whomever claims this pup they should be able to provide shot records from a vet. If not then they are not taking care of her or are not the rightful owners.

He looks familiar, please take him to Southern Oaks and see if he has a chip. There is a Chihuahua with Cushing's Disease and I think this is the same pup.

Daniel San Nicolas what makes him seem neglected?

It doesn’t seem his guardian care for him. So he deserves one that would love him, care for him and make him part of his family
