Sandy Tavares thank you so much for the great tips! We’ve tried basically all of this, since she was formerly a feral cat, it’s been quite difficult. She was at a foster home after I had found her outside and was socializing the over the past few months and she somehow escaped. So the rescue is helping me out. We have cameras and traps set up but nothing so far and it’s been more than a week:(

Not sure if this will help, but you could try.. Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna can 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vaccumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the🐈 cat. 10 houses to the ⬅️ left 10 house🏡 to the right➡️ front ⬆️ and back⬇️ if they spot him to give you a call ☎️ immediately. Also, you can put up a Sign post 🪧with your 🐱📷 picture. In front of your 🏡lawn and to call you or contact you ASAP. Go early ⏰️ in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Would be wise for you to inspect their garages,Sheds,back yards 📣 Calling the 🐱 name.In case it is scared.. Also, you can install a camera / Baby monitor 📹 to monitor and see & hear if the cat is around your house 🏡. You can even ask your Local Pet 🐱 Animal Shelter to Rent out a Safe Trap and monitor it.. Post your ad on your phone 📲 app NEXTDOOR, & PAWBOOST too ! Praying for a soon safe return 🍀 of your kitty .🙏 ❤️🏡🐾 Also, Please consider putting a 🧭 📍Tracker on Once you have your 😺 .

June Wilson Hi! She was a feral cat I was caring for in my backyard. I was socializing her over the past few months so she could become an indoor cat and become used to humans. She was ready so I found a foster through Annex Cat Rescue who took her. She escaped from his house. I don’t agree with free roaming either. 😊

She/he could easily have ventured further than normal from being scared off from either prey or loud noises pushing her/him away from where it’s familiar. Try going outside their usual perimeter and placing things that smell of home (like shreds of a blanket or shirt, or vacuum bag contents) trailing back to your area that she/he knows.

EDAMAME may love being outside and I’m sure you have taken all the steps to get her home again and should that materialize PLEASE CONSIDER KEEPING HER IN. It's obvious you love her, miss her and want to keep her safe. There are so many reasons I could list to NOT let your cat roam, but I'm sure you have heard them all. You gamble with your cat’s life every time you let it outdoors. Is it really worth it? If you love them keep them inside. A cat tree by a window, a bird feeder and bird bath outside and some toys inside and you know for sure she will always be safe. My wish for you and your special pet is that she comes back home. GOOD LUCK ❤

Hoping you find this puss😕❤️ Go out looking for her/him at night when it’s quiet. Call and listen! for them to call back. Go down laneways etc too - they could be trapped in a garage, injured & hiding, scared… Knock on doors & talk to people on the street - they may know of her/him - someone may have taken them in. Post on All Neighbourhood social media sites. Put up posters - drop as flyers in mailboxes. File a LOST report with Toronto/other Animal Services in case they end up there - continue to check their listings! Continue to call - they won’t necessarily call you. Also, check their ‘deceased animals’ listings 🥲 ⭐️⭐️Consider setting a well-monitored live trap in your yard. He may be too scared to come out but may be able to be trapped.⭐️⭐️ You may catch other critters that will need to be released. Keep looking! Don’t give up on her/him .🥰
