I'm sorry kitty is missing. The number one piece of advice is to actively work to bring your cat home. Don't just wait for them to show up. Hang fliers--they work. Notify the microchip company that he is missing. Visit local animal controls in person. Notify local veterinarians. Post to the Next Door app for area lost. If kitty is normally indoors only he is likely very close to home. Sit quietly outside at night w a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Put out stinky mackerel or canned pink salmon. Cook chicken on the grill..put catnip outside. Play YouTube videos of kittens crying and shine a laser cat toy around the bushes.
