Keep a close daily check on your local county animal services website, under their Found Pets section. Hopefully, the cat has a microchip that will help a lot too.

I am so sorry you are missing your kitty right now. I highly recommend doing this starting ASAP until you have your kitty home – Walk near and far blocks calling for your kitty every hour of the day AND through the nighttime. Look up in trees/ call up. S/he's hiding and scared and needs to hear your voice. Also call out your door every half hour here kitty, kitty loudly. Neighbors will understand. If you can crack a garage door open for a kitty to squeeze in, I’d do that too. I hope you find her/him soon.

Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too. Airtags on collars help greatly.

Look at night with a flashlight while calling her name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with her scent on it like her bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with her photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀
