Small black chihuahua, white spots on chest and paws, trimmed nails

Message from Finder

Found the poor thing rolling around in the grass on the euclid median. Chased him down til he gave up and hopped in my car. Scared at first but after some food, water and cool air he calmed down. Pet him a bit but he's still being cautious, understandable. Please let me know if anyone has any info that can help find his home or a good one. Worst case scenario, a good rescue or no shelter would be good

Poor baby wish owners would not leave small pets and ( Chihuahua's) alone in the yard when doing their business they are sneaky and will find a way to take themselves for a walk

Please see if he responds to the name or said call him or said because it does look like a dog that I'm looking for my dog his name is Merced if he responds to Merced and you can get a picture of him while he's awake with his eyes open I can tell if he's my dog or not please get back to me thank you
